1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VetCamps (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and remain responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Military Verification

Verification badges may require submission of proof of service. Verification status may be revoked if misuse occurs.

Identification documents and military paperwork you submit only to establish eligibility are handled as described in our Privacy Policy, including routine destruction of source verification materials after a decision is recorded, except where law or a good-faith security or legal process requires limited retention.

4. User Content

Users retain ownership of uploaded content but grant VetCamps permission to host, process, reproduce, display, and distribute such content as necessary to operate and improve the Services.

5. Privacy and Data Use

Use of VetCamps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how data is collected, used, retained, and deleted. By using VetCamps, you acknowledge those practices.

6. Prohibited Conduct

7. Moderation and Enforcement

VetCamps may review content and may remove content, restrict features, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, Community Guidelines, or applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers (for example, mapping, hosting, and authentication services). VetCamps is not responsible for third-party services beyond our reasonable control.

9. Navigation and Map Data Disclaimer

Map, route, gate, and facility information is provided for informational convenience only and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Real-world conditions can change without notice, including road closures, temporary barriers, installation access policies, weather impacts, and hazard conditions.

Road signage, posted restrictions, law enforcement instructions, military police or security guidance, and official installation/facility directions always control over any content shown in VetCamps.

10. Driver Responsibility and Vehicle Suitability

You are solely responsible for safe vehicle operation and route decisions. Before travel, you must independently confirm legal access, gate eligibility, vertical and horizontal clearances, weight and length restrictions, turnaround feasibility, and any other route suitability constraints for your rig.

VetCamps does not provide professional transportation, legal, security, or safety advice.

11. Military Installation and Restricted Area Access

Access to military installations or other restricted areas is controlled by the relevant authority. VetCamps does not guarantee base access, sponsorship eligibility, vehicle eligibility, or entry rights. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable rules and instructions.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. VetCamps LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetCamps LLC, its managers, members, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, business interruption, or substitute-service costs arising from or related to use of the Services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VetCamps LLC is not responsible for claims, losses, injuries, or property damage arising from route selection, navigation decisions, gate/access outcomes, roadway or facility conditions, or user reliance on map or listing content.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VetCamps LLC from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
