Users may permanently delete their VetCamps account at any time. This page describes in-app deletion, what we remove, retention exceptions, and how to request deletion by email if you cannot sign in.

1. Delete inside the app

  1. Open VetCamps.
  2. Go to Settings (from the main menu or profile).
  3. Select Delete account and follow the prompts.
  4. Confirm deletion when asked.

If you submitted manual military verification images, VetCamps targets deletion shortly after verification review (typically within 24 to 72 hours), unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

After account deletion, certain limited records may be retained for up to 30 days where required for:

5. Deletion request by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request to:

Include the email address tied to your VetCamps account and use the subject line Account Deletion Request.

We aim to process verified requests within 7 days.

6. Identity verification for email requests

To protect account security, VetCamps may request reasonable verification before processing manual deletion requests submitted by email.

7. Fees

There is no fee to submit or process an account deletion request.

8. Specific data without deleting the whole account

VetCamps currently supports full account deletion. If you need help with a specific data request, email support@vetcamps.app and we will review your request.
